Every year we invest in technology to optimize the selection and packaging processes and reduce the energy consumption of our processing cycles.
Conditioning
We cool the product in special cold rooms (4000 m23) to keep intact the nutritional principles and the characteristics of crunchiness, color and flavor.
Wash
We wash the product only with drinking water free of chemicals through a new water saving system.
Selection
We guarantee a homogeneous product (weight, caliber, length…) according to the type of packaging required using the most advanced technology available on the market.
Packaging
We select eco-sustainable materials for packaging (plastic, paper, cardboard, labels ...) by using accurate technical tests to reduce the environmental impact of packaging.
Checkpoint
Before shipment we check each package under a metal detector (metal and foreign body detector) and also through a weight control system.
